Board Game updates
We are looking to get support and recognition from MMU for my board game.
This will definitely add value to the board game itself.
Our ultimate goal will be positioning the board game as MMU's product, making MMU one of the distribution channel.
Next Wednesday I will be going to Cyberjaya to meet with Cnergy Director.
Ascension draws near.

Board Game updates
1. The board game will come in 3 versions, 3 different price.
2. I will be seeking funding and support from MMU.
3. I will be conducting market research for the following weeks.
Board game design has been finalized, no more changes.
Everything will be cleared in August 2009.
If all goes as planned, I will push the manufacturing button and start producing 1000 units!

Melaccans really know how to do business
I went to a printing shop in Bukit Beruang to produce the latest design of my board game. (God bless it to be the final version, I'm tired of changing it)
For 'higher quality versions', instead of cheap laminate, I will stick the game board on hard card board to make it look solid.
I have to buy a hard black cardboard as the base of the game board as the printing shop doesn't have one. When I returned to the shop with the cardboard, the boss told me:
"Why do you bring the board here? I did not say I am going to stick it for you"
Cheque or Check
The most common spellings of the word (in all its senses) were check, checque, and cheque from the 1600s until the 1900s.[1] [nb 2] Since the 1800s, the spelling cheque (from the French word chèque) is standard for the financial sense of the word in the UK, Ireland, and the Commonwealth, while only check is retained in its other senses, thus distinguishing the two definitions in writing.[nb 3]
The English word cheque comes from the Arabic ṣakk (صكّ), itself the Arabicized of '(چک) pronounced check' in Persian, which is a written document or letter or note of credit Muslim merchants -and everybody else- adopted to carry out their trading. The concept of ṣakk appeared in European documents around 1220, mostly in areas neighbouring Muslim Spain and North Africa; south France and Italy.[4]
On the other hand, check is used for the financial sense in the U.S.

Business Lesson
today a potential customer rang up and told me he wanted to buy a computer for RM250.
He fella is a "want you to think he knows it all", I didn't feel pleasant dealing with him.
He insisted on RM220, says he traveled all the way from Tampin to here.
So instead of taking the chance that he may be a 'bad customer', I decided not to sell.
Lesson: Being customer doesn't mean you are always right! We have the right to choose and filter our customers.

How to cure sore throat
In fact, I have sore throat most of the time!
Reason: Talk too much, weather, wrong food, many people around me fall sick, Pakatan Rakyat not doing well.
I found 2 medicine that works very well for sore throat.
1. Pu Er tea. I have been drinking chrysanthemum tea for a while to keep my body heat in check. But when I revert back to Pu Er tea, my throat feels better after 1 tea session. MAGIC!
2. Mc Donalds! I ordered a Big and Tasty set (large). Ask for Coke with NO ICE. Get a packet of salt from the counter and pour all of the salt into the Coke with no ice. Wait for the chemical reaction to take place. After the bubbles settle down, drink it.
Hey, my throat feels better just by imagining the process!
Parapapapa!
(All sorts of excuses just to eat fast food =.=" )

Minor Funny Pics
Something I saw during my previous trip to KL. It is carved from a single glass/crystal. (Can't really remember)
Fantastic isn't it?
I saw it at Pavillion/KLCC (Can't really remember)
For those who wonder why I keep buying tea art accessories, I hope this picture answers your question. This sword belongs to the tea shop boss.
Holiday Mood
Probably because I do not know what to post >.<"
I am physically at my office, but mentally I have declared a week holiday!
Let me see if I have some "old" goodies for you!
By the way, my blog has marked its 1st follower!
Something to start with I guess?

Anyway, already felt, the event profit was 'reduced' to RM2000.
A good experience anyway.
Looking forward to the next step!
