I was carrying stuff from my car to office.
At first I thought it was a piece of dry leaf.
Almost stepped on it, luckily I was alert by its movement.

We didn't get any reply, not even a rejection letter due to that.

Even the newly launch MDEC ICON grant is "running low on funds".
